Do you Travel?

A.Yes, absolutely! I love to photograph smiles in new locations. (With additional travel expense)

How many photos do we get?

A.The amount of images you receive depends on the package you purchase. However, if you would like more photos from your gallery, those are available for purchase.

How do we get our photos?

A.You will receive a link to your gallery via email to make your selections and download your high resolution images.

Whats your turn around time?

A.Within 2-6 weeks depending on my schedule.

How do we book you?

A.Easy! You can call, text, email, facebook or instagram message me.

Can you help us with planning?

A.Absolutely! I love to help make an awesome game plan to get the most efficient schedule and best images possible.

How far out do you book?

A.As far as you would like!

What should we wear?

A.Whatever makes you feel confident and happy in front of the camera in! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

What are your policies? Do you provide a contract?

A.1. Contract and Payment: Prior to each session, a contract must be signed, and payment must be made in full. This ensures that your session runs smoothly and according to plan.
2. Turnaround Time: I aim to deliver all services within a 3-4 week turnaround time unless otherwise specified.
3. Non-Refundable Retainer: The first payment serves as a non-refundable retainer to secure your session slot. Retainer/deposits are nonrefundable if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule more than twice.
4. Gift Certificates: Please note that gift certificates are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and expire one year from the purchase date.
5. Exclusive Service: By hiring Nancy Sallee Photography, you agree to exclusively utilize my services for your photography needs.
6. Copyright: Nancy Sallee Photography retains all copyrights for the work created during your session, as per federal copyright law. We do not release RAW images under any circumstances.
7. Retouching: Basic retouching is included in my services, covering minimal adjustments such as body, skin, hair, color, and object removal. Extensive retouching may incur additional costs per image at the provider's discretion.
8. Gallery Access: Galleries will be active and available for up to two weeks (14 days) after delivering the gallery link. It is your responsibility to make your selections and download/save your images during this time. Once the gallery has expired, I am not responsible for the gallery or images.

What is your cancellation policy?

A.Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel session, reschedule session, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the photo session to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the photo session to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Provider as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. 

Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Provider to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Provider will not be obligated to refund any payment Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost.  Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the photography session, or should it become impossible for Provider to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.   For instance, if Provider is able to secure another, unrelated client for session, then Provider may choose, at its sole discretion, to excuse all (or a portion of) Client's outstanding balance of the Total Cost.

Important Behavioral Information

A.The Client(s) expressly agree(s) to take best efforts to provide [Provider] and Provider’s staff with a safe and appropriate professional relationship. In the event of circumstances deemed to present a threat or implied threat of injury or unprofessionalism, harassment, threats of any kind, harassing language or behavior to [Provider] staff, the Client(s) will agree to relieve and hold [Provider] harmless as a result of incomplete services under this Agreement, or for a lapse in the quality of the [Provider’s]work. The Client(s) shall be responsible for payment in full, regardless of whether the situation is resolved or whether [Provider] resumes work detailed in this Agreement. Violence, bullying, harassment, or unprofessionalism will NEVER be tolerated.
